Plano ISD families are invited to take part in our I’m Present class — a supportive, optional workshop designed to help students build strong attendance habits and set themselves up for success.

 

This class provides families with practical tools and strategies to help overcome common challenges that can make getting to school difficult, while reinforcing why showing up every day truly matters.

 

Families will learn about:

 

• Building positive attendance habits

• How absences impact academic success

• Simple parenting tips to support daily routines and school readiness

 

By participating, families can strengthen their connection to school and help students stay present, engaged and on track.

 

Workshops will be held this spring at the Plano ISD Cox Building.
