Volunteer background checks:

Plano ISD requires that you renew your Volunteer Application annually. Even if you aren't sure you will have time to volunteer this year, completing your application early helps create more flexibility. 

All adults who want to volunteer or attend classroom parties and special daytime school events (like the Book Fair or Field Day), must submit a new background check for this school year. The background check must be completed and approved before an adult can volunteer or attend a special class day/party.
