Set-Up Volunteers: 12-1 PM

Help set up the stations and put out supplies

Snack Stand: 1-2 PM and 2-3 PM

Volunteers at the snack stand will help distribute pre-packaged snacks and drinks. Responsibilities include greeting families, handing out items in an organized and friendly manner, monitoring supply levels and keeping the area tidy throughout the event. Volunteers will also help collect trash and assist with breaking down the snack area at the end of the party!

Games Stations: 1-2 PM and 2-3 PM

Volunteers running game stations will help create a fun and engaging experience for families by explaining how each game works, demonstrating rules, and encouraging participation. Responsibilities include managing lines, ensuring fair play, resetting materials between rounds and helping younger children as needed. 

Tear Down: 3-3:30 PM

Volunteers will assist with cleaning up the game stations and snack bar after the event. Any unused supplies will need to be stored and trash will need to be thrown away.
