Come help our classrooms with Fall Planting - no gardening skills required!
There are multiple dates and time slots for the classrooms. Visit Voly to choose one that works best for you! NOTE: You must be Voly-approved in order to volunteer. CLICK HERE for instructions.
What we are planting:
- 3rd grade: Wildflowers and Rye
- 4th grade: Lettuce and Potatoes
- 5th grade: Onions and Spinach
Why are we planting?
Create a hands-on way to learn about seed germination, life cycles, how we use math in the garden, and much more.How long will it take?
Typically, 20 minutes with the kids. Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can get checked in at the office and read through the information! (We will have information for you, so you know what to do/say.) CLICK HERE to sign up for your shift today.
