Volunteer: Field Day

Field Day is almost here! Any volunteers MUST be pre-approved on Voly.
Sign up for your preferred shift HERE!
7:00-8:30 AM - Set up volunteers
Check in at the front office to receive your volunteer badge at 7:00 AM when the front office opens. After you have your badge, walk to the back of the school or the gym to find Coach Walker, Coach Yancey, or Coach Woods to receive instructions.
8:30-11:00 AM - 3rd-5th Grade Volunteers
Check in at the front office to receive your volunteer badge between 8:30-8:45 AM. After you have your badge, walk through the library to the tent. This is where you will receive information regarding station, directions for the games, and be ready to start by 8:55 AM. Students arrive at 9:00 AM.
11:30 AM - 2:00 PM - K-2nd Grade Volunteers
Check in at the front office to receive your volunteer badge between 11:30-11:45 AM. After you have your badge, walk through the library to the tent. This is where you will receive information regarding station, directions for the game and ready to start by 11:55 AM. Students arrive at 12:00 PM.
